We are aware of the need and significance of raising awareness among the ecosystem actors to promote their development in order to generate capacities, abilities and to provide them with adequate tools for building an impact economy. That is why we offer a wide range of training and instructional programmes across Argentina and other countries in Latin America.

We offer 100% online programmes, face-to-face training or blended settings, and you can choose between open courses or in-house training.

Target audience: Those starting out or seeking to advance their knowledge and practice in sustainability, impact and ESG issues.

Transition to Impact Management (in house)

Target audience: Companies intending to initiate or progress in managing their impact towards sustainable models. The company will appoint a working group with representatives from different sectors in decision-making positions. Members of the appointed working group will be the direct participants of the Programme.

Methodology: The complete development of the Programme covers 9 modules. The participating companies are able to select a smaller number of modules. Each module content will be adapted and in-depth according to the priorities defined by the company. To this end, a preliminary interview and diagnosis is carried out in order to find out about the company’s history, culture and impact management record.

General Counsels in the Era of ESG and Sustainability

Target audience: This is an introductory programme for management or legal teams in companies interested in understanding the scope of their evolving role, functions and responsibilities in the era of ESG, sustainability and stakeholder capitalism. To meet the demands for transparency and greater accountability through a holistic view.

Topics covered: 1. Legal impact of new business risks. 2. Modern Corporate Governance. ESG factors and the role of the lawyer in their promotion and development. 3. Second generation compliance: Sustainable & Integrity 4. Stakeholders: Sustainable supply chains.

Duration: 4 meetings, 2 hours each, on a weekly basis.

Sustainable Value and Supply Chain Programme

Target audience: Those starting out or seeking to advance their knowledge and practice in sustainable value and supply chain development.

Methodology: 4 modules of 2 hours each of practical application work and opportunities for exchange between participants.

Modules: 1. The relevance of the value and supply chain. Their alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals. Transformation towards value for money. 2. Stakeholders and the sphere of influence. 3. Value and supply chain sustainable perspective: What does a sustainable value and supply chain imply? From prevention to proactivity. 4. Approaching strategies: standards and actions for their development. Management tools.

Triple Impact Governance and ESG factors

Target audience: Directors, CEOs or managers in decision-making positions in their companies who seek to incorporate the consideration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into decision-making processes and business strategies.

Methodology: 4 modules of 2 hours each of practical application work and opportunities for exchange between participants.

Modules: 1. Sustainability in business strategies: The role of the Board of Directors, CEOs or managers in decision-making positions in view of the rising trends and new risks. 2. Integration of ESG factors in decision making processes: A holistic governance approach for sustainable value creation. Contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals. 3. Culture and leadership transformation: habits and behavior innovation. 4. ESG strategic approach: Implementation frameworks and decisions’ impacts traceability.
